Description
This could be Edwardian or George V, depending on which month in 1911 it was made, as Edward V11 died in June of that year. It was created by Henry Williamson, Ld, and fully hallmarked for Birmingham. In circular form, the ring is chased with the nursery rhyme “three blind mice,” a children’s tale derived from the grim past of Queen Elizabeth 1st “, Bloody Mary”.The ring measures 4cm in diameter and is in great condition with clear marks.
